500 point challange
What is a 500 point challenge? The 500 point challenge is a get in shape challenge that I am hoping I will be much better at then 120 mile challenge. I started off the 120 mile challenge with lots of excitement and along about 60 some miles I think that I lost hope. I felt like I had been working hard and didn't seem to see any change. So that is what always gets me... I get depressed sooooo quick. I know that is so pathetic but that is the truth. To top things off Dennis is so close to my weight it makes me wonder how he can even like what he sees when he looks at me. And to top things off my gyno told me I was to fat. I felt like saying thanks I really didn't know that. I am so glad someone told me. So anyway for no other reason I have to do this challenge. So I have been starting off by cutting down on my portion size and trying really hard to cut out most of my sweets. Today I took Piper on a bike ride. The point scale will only be 1 point for 4 miles but let me tell you if you are lugging a 40 some pound kid with a 15 mile hour wind blowing in your face is so worth more. But I am only going to give myself half a point because I only went 2 mile. But it felt so good to work towards my goal. So wish me luck in making it to my goal.
